Game of Warriors 12+

If you have hundreds of dollars per week to throw into an abyss then you can have quite a lot of fun, at first. But eventually you realize that the deeply shrouded game mechanics are built to absorb and blunt any advantage, bonus, or buff you try to stack. They’ve tried their best to add as many random aspects to combat as possible until it’s the equivalent of rolling a handful of dice or spinning a slot machine when you fight.
If you know your way around a calculator or ever dabbled in basic math this game’s mechanics will bewilder and enrage you.

The worst part is you can pay hundreds of dollars for a piece of equipment and have it disappear overnight. After days of trying to go through illiterate clueless NPC support personnel who know NOTHING about the game and resort to insisting that you must have disassembled the equipment by accident or made some other mistake they will disconnect you. Any time you try to message them it will say “check your connection and try again”. Save your money and your sanity and find a better game with better support and most of all better mechanics.

Let me start off by saying this game is pretty fun. It would have gotten another star higher had it not be this issue I’m running into. I 100% have internet connection on my phone, yet whenever I click on the bank or the mage tower to build potions, they both say no internet connection? First off, why is internet connection even needed for making potions?? But more importantly, I literally have internet connection and nothing is being done. I’ve tried getting off of my internet and getting back on it and still nothing. I am missing out on like half of the game simply because it’s bugged and refuses to believe I have internet connection.

Also, it would get. 5 stars had it not be for that reason above and all the adds. Naturally, all free games are going to have a lot of adds in it, but after a while they get annoying when you get into a groove then an add pops up and without thinking you end up opening 2 new windows because it came out of nowhere and you started clicking on a soldier to upgrade but an add pops up and next thing you know you’re downloading another was game with multiple adds in it.

Oh well, such is life. It used to be you could just have fun and play a nice game on your phone, no everything’s about micro transaction and greedy people.

I’ve been playing this game for over 4 months now on my latest iPad Pro, no problem until the latest update. The new update is preventing me from using external keyboard when typing in the game. This is not only me, it seems like a known issue for a lot of people. To be clear, there is no problem when using “touch keyboard” on the screen, but when using the external keyboard, like the bluetooth ones, it just would not work at all. I tried restarting the iPad, reinstalling the app, checking software updates, but nothing fixes the issue. Again, this was never a problem before the latest update. Once this is addressed, this game is getting 5 starts again.
