Description

Game Tracker is the perfect app for every gamer, available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Whether you’re a casual player or a hardcore completionist, Game Tracker helps you effortlessly track your video game collection and progress.

Managing a growing game library can feel overwhelming. Game Tracker simplifies this by allowing you to find and add games quickly through online search, automatically filling in essential details like genre, publisher, and platform. You can then view these details and explore lists of games by genre or publisher.

Game Tracker is free to download, with the ability to add up to 5 games and create 1 custom space. Unlock unlimited games and spaces across all your devices with an annual, monthly, or lifetime Pro subscription.

With Game Tracker, you’ll enjoy:

- Effortless synchronization across devices — Save a game on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and watch it sync seamlessly across all your devices. Keep your library and progress always up to date.

- Organize games in personalized Spaces — Create custom Spaces to categorize your games however you like: by genre, platform, status, or any other criteria that matter to you.

- Smart Lists for dynamic organization — Create personalized Smart Lists that automatically update based on filters you set. Whether you want a list of all your completed RPGs or the latest games added to your backlog, Smart Lists do the work for you.

- Time Tracking & Time to Beat — Use the built-in timer to log your play sessions and track how long it takes to complete each game. Compare your playtime with the app’s average “time to beat” for each title, giving you a fun way to see how you stack up against other players.

- Detailed game statistics — Get insights into your gaming habits, such as total playtime and number of completed games.

- Deep integration with iOS and macOS — Enjoy advanced features like Live Activity, which shows your playtime in real time directly on the Lock Screen. Use widgets to quickly view and start the timer for currently playing games from the Control Center or Lock Screen. Plus, take advantage of Shortcuts and Siri support for hands-free control and quick actions.

- Your privacy, guaranteed — Game Tracker doesn’t collect your personal data or track your activity. It’s designed to respect your privacy, so you can enjoy gaming without compromise.

Whether you’re aiming for 100% completion, tracking your playtime, or organizing your collection into custom Spaces and Smart Lists, Game Tracker is your ultimate gaming companion. Download now and level up your gaming life!

The Best Game Log on the App Store

I switched to Game Tracker after having used GameTrack for around a year. Not only does this app look better by far and is generally more functional, but it also has much better features allowing me to track which games I own by storefront, not just by platform. I also like to track time played, and Game Tracker is so much better than GameTrack or Gamery, the latter of which lacks time tracking entirely.

There’s still some features and functions I hope are added in the future, but new features are only possible through supporting the developer, so I really encourage you to try adding a couple games to make sure the app is what you need, and if it is, upgrade to Pro to support the developer.

Best but Could Be Better

Recently switched to this from GameTrack because of several issues I had with that service. This app is much better in a number of ways including the Spaces feature, the time logging and timer functions, and other category and organization options.

Other than a few minor bugs (as well as the lack of a simple bug reporting tool), the search function has been the biggest issue. The ability to filter by platform is nice and actually works unlike in GameTrack, but it has several key flaws. First, the search only returns the first 20 results. Second, the app claims you can search by title or publisher, but you absolutely cannot search by publisher at this time. Lastly, you cannot sort results at all nor apply any filter besides platform. The best example of this is trying to add The Finals (2023, Embark Studios); the results show only twenty Final Fantasy games.

Hopefully the search function is expanded and refined because everything else about this app is almost perfect. Game library integrations would be nice like Gamery, but Gamery doesn’t have time tracking, especially per playthrough (something GameTrack lacks as well). Overall, I hope this app’s development continues for a long time.

Legitimately one of the best

Easily one of the best Game Backlog/Collection trackers out there. They include many many features that other apps in a similar vein are desperately missing such as note taking during game sessions and having thoughtful organization for your game library. You can also keep track of how much you’ve purchased games for and there’s analytics to go with that. Overall this is an astounding app and MacOS support is the cherry on top. I can’t wait to see what else this team comes up with to improve the app as it’s pretty close to perfect as is.
