The app is fine, doesn’t need to do much. The only critique there would be that the option to drag/drop titles up and down in my queue was a bit hard to see but that could have been because of my brightness and contrast settings.

The service overall is excellent. I receive a new game within only a few days of sending my last one back. What more could anyone expect? Game selection and availability are very good and the price makes this an extremely good value.

I’ve been a member for almost a year now without even a hint of a problem. I would strongly recommend giving it a try if you’re on the fence!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this service and I can understand how someone who games frequently would have a hard time with it. I use it as a means to test/demo games before I decide to buy them. I maybe spend 5-10 hours a week gaming so I want to be sure that the games I buy are really worth my time. I got the cheapest per month package and I get on average a game per week. I receive it in the mail on Wednesday, try it that night, then put it in the mail Thursday morning. Usually by Monday the following week I have my next title. It takes about 3 or 4 business days to arrive to them but the day after I put the title in the mail they ship my next title to me. So it’s not 8 days between receiving titles, it’s more like 4 or 5 days.

I have had a few hiccups with a title that didn’t work, a title that took a week to arrive and then another week before they sent out my next title, but their customer service is really kind and patient and always willing to help out.

If you’re like me and just want to demo new games or expand your horizons and try different types of games then I would totally recommend this! Plus if you do like it they have really competitive prices for the game and they’ll ship the case and codes to you for free. Give the free trial or the $5 per month plan a shot and see if it fits with your gaming preferences and style.

The app has been stable for me personally majority of the times sometimes the app doesn’t want to load but all my other apps that require Wi-Fi works fine when the GameFly app won’t work fine my main annoyance is when I put filters on and I click on a game and go back to the previous page all my filters that I’ve turned on goes away because I only play PS5 I’ll turn the filter on to show only PS5 games and when I click on a game and return to the previous games the filter will go away and it’s not showing me Xbox and switch games another thing is when I’m scrolling down and clicking to the next page of games and I’ll click on a game and return back to the page of games it’ll return me to the first game instead the page I was previously on there used to be a filter that’ll show the oldest games to newest and also the other way around why was this feature removed please return it
