Take a photo of your vocabulary list. Gapwise turns it into short practice rounds of 3, 5 or 10 minutes, with gap sentences, puzzles and listening, and plans them right up to your test.
You only choose the time:
Pick 3, 5 or 10 minutes. The app decides what to ask, in which form, and when a missed word comes back.
Every word in a real sentence:
• Gap sentences with options, then typed once you know the word
• Pairs, letter tiles, true or false, listening, mini crosswords and more: eleven kinds of questions
• Never the same kind twice in a row, never typing twice in a row
• Mistakes come back a few questions later and on the next days
• A final check without hints at the end of every pass
From Photo to List in Seconds:
Take a photo, scan a page, open a PDF or paste text. AI reads even handwriting and sorts words and meanings into two columns, and you can fix anything before you save. Works with English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Latin, and recognises other languages by itself. In Latin, example sentences use the right word forms.
Puzzles and worksheets:
• Crosswords and word search made from your own words, also as small puzzles inside every pass
• Printable worksheets as a PDF, with a separate answer page
Know when you're ready:
Every list shows your learning level in percent. Add your test date and get a reminder the evening before and on the morning of the test.
Small wins every day:
Points, levels and achievements. A streak that forgives one missed day a week. A 30-day plan with new marker colours on days 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30.
Private by Design:
No account. No ads. No tracking. Your lists and progress stay on your device. Photos are only sent to the AI to read your list if you allow it, and they are not kept. From iPhone 15 Pro, example sentences are written by Apple Intelligence right on the device. AI content is labelled as AI.
Try it, then subscribe:
