I was a little skeptical about their service, after all we live in Saudi and nothing is ever done in 30 mins. So I ordered 1 gas cylinder with express delivery. The driver called me within mins of placing the order, and I got the cylinder in exactly 25 mins! Truly amazing and professional service. Thank you, you have gained a loyal customer. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

So I use the app one time and it worked now when I worked try to order again after a couple of months They assigned me a driver that’s not in my area. I called him. He says he can’t do it so I contacted the customer support. They moved my request to another day but still assigned to the same Driver it’s been going on for like for five days straight, they keep changing the date, but kept the same driver so I couldn’t get any other driver finally was fed up requested to cancel and ask them refund my amount back to my account but no answer or reply from them that they will issue a refund. I’ve been calling their number and every time I called it’s said their customer service are busy handing other calls and they ask you to wait so don’t bother waiting cause eventually after a couple of minutes they’ll just it hangs up on you

I had two disappointing experiences with Gasable, both of which left me feeling cheated. The first time, they canceled my order, and instead of refunding the amount to my bank account, they only refunded it to my Gasable wallet. This was frustrating and inconvenient. The second time, I tried to use the 50 SAR in my wallet for an order totaling 56 SAR. However, the app wouldn’t let me pay the 6 SAR difference and required me to top up my wallet. The minimum top-up amount is 75 SAR!! which seems unfair and unreasonable for customers.
