GaugeRepeat is a crossed gauge R&R workbook for people who check whether a measuring setup can tell parts apart. Build a study, enter readings, see where the variation comes from, and take a report with you. Records stay on the device. There is no account. A study is a fixed grid of parts, operators, and repeats. Readings use a dedicated keypad. You can correct a value, leave a review note, or exclude a row from the analysis. Out-of-tolerance readings are marked as you type. Instrument identity, units, measurement location, and the characteristic tolerance sit with the study. The analysis covers crossed random-effects ANOVA, keeping or pooling the interaction, variance components, study variation, tolerance ratio, and ndc. Average-and-range estimates are available for subgroup sizes from 2 to 10. Xbar-R limits come from the study itself, and the chart can be zoomed to a single point. Process samples stay separate from the study chart. Capability results are shown only when the data supports them. CSV import checks the columns, previews the rows, and asks what to do when a study already exists. PDF and CSV reports include only the sections you select: readings, ANOVA, charts, review notes, revisions, and the method assumptions. Each revision keeps the inputs and settings from that moment. An editable sample study is included so you can learn the workflow. Replace it with your own measurements before you rely on a result.
