Gazelle: Piano Tech Software 4+

We were on the fence for a long time about what we thought might be a high risk investment for our small business. After calling in and having Timothy spend nearly an hour on the phone with me, we decided to try the free trial. The first dramatic change was my time on the phone reminding clients, chasing down no shows and remembering future appointments was suddenly GONE. Next came more time away from the phone not having to answer as many calls, because clients began SELF-SCHEDULING! Lastly, came the calendar filling up- day after day. For a month, then two months- then 8 months. Unreal! Steady business and repeat clients scheduling on time, and many of them on their own, due to Gazelle’s incredible system! Gazelle has been a total game changer for our business and has increased revenue for us by 100%. That in and of itself should be enough- but to buy me more time away from all the computer, phone, text and scheduling work?? Icing on the cake. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend gazelle more and I couldn’t imagine running my business without it! I started working as a piano tuner a year ago and was thankfully told about this great tool before I started. I run my own business and work for another company. It’s so easy to combine my schedules so I can have all my hours open at once for both businesses. It’s easy to switch back and forth it allows me to get as much business as possible. As someone who doesn’t love phone calls, having the self-scheduling service is absolutely indispensable. I haven’t had a single complaint and it saves me SO much administration time I know I’d have to spend otherwise. Seriously grateful that I got into the business after gazelle existed!!

I don’t really have to worry about the business side of my technician service thanks to Gazelle. All the tedious and annoying parts of my job are made simple and elegant with this software.

My clients are automatically emailed, making me thousands in return business. The estimates help me sell my clients what kind of services their pianos needs. The scheduler makes it easy for clients to schedule & I can see what my travel will look like on the map. Most importantly, my client notes are all easy to access so I never “forget Sally’s dog likes belly rubs.”

I love Gazelle the software passionately, but the software pales in comparison to the people who maintain & manage it. Tim & the team at Gazelle are supportive, kind, patient wonderful people. They’ve transformed my business and compelled me to go further than I believed I could. This is a fantastic product and it only gets better every month with their live updates.

If you haven’t given it a chance, now is the time. It’s never been better. Time for you to free up your spare time from tedious business management and focus on tuning, marketing, & most importantly LIFE!!!!
