Talk it through with Geist

Free · In‑App Purchases

GeistHaus is a conversation with Geist, an AI companion that listens closely and helps you notice the patterns that keep coming back in how you relate to the people in your life. TALK IT THROUGH Bring whatever is on your mind, in your own words. Geist stays curious, follows what matters to you, and asks the next good question instead of rushing to advice. Each conversation is its own thread, and you can read back over past ones any time. PATTERNS, NOT MOMENTS Over weeks of conversations, Geist comes to recognize what recurs beneath the surface: the roles you tend to take, the people they involve, and the feelings that tie them together. When it notices something, it doesn’t hand you a report. It raises it in conversation, tentatively, as something to look at together, and you can take it or leave it. GROUNDED IN A CENTURY OF THOUGHT Geist draws on the psychodynamic tradition broadly rather than on a single school: Sigmund and Anna Freud on defenses; Melanie Klein, Donald Winnicott and Otto Kernberg on object relations; Heinz Kohut on the self and self-worth; and Nancy McWilliams on personality. AN AI, AND IT SAYS SO Geist is an AI, not a person, and the app says so plainly, at the start of every conversation and as you go. If a reply ever misses the mark or feels wrong, you can report it right from the reply. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your conversations are private to your account. There are no ads, nothing is sold, your words are never used to train AI models, and GeistHaus never tracks you across other companies’ apps or websites. You can delete your account at any time, right in the app, and everything in it goes with it. WHAT IT IS NOT GeistHaus is a companion for reflection. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It cannot help in an emergency: if you are in crisis, please reach real human help (in the US, call or text 988). GeistHaus is for adults 18 and over. SUBSCRIPTION GeistHaus is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Its title, length and price are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and it renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://geist.haus/terms Privacy Policy: https://geist.haus/privacy
