After the trial version, I purchased the subscription and it worked perfectly for a year. I let my subscription run out. I re-purchased the subscription about six months later…. Which brings us to right now and suddenly the app tries to load but halfway through it will stop to try and reload, or just not load at all half of the time. If someone could address this, it would be wonderful. Paying the yearly to barely use the App right now isn’t a good feeling.

Hello,There was an issue with a third-party service platform on 11/18, but it has now been resolved. The previous connection problem has gradually been fixed, and you can refresh the app and log in again.If you are still unable to use the app, please contact us via email. Thank you! After the trial version, I purchased the subscription and it worked perfectly for a year. I let my subscription run out. I re-purchased the subscription about six months later…. this company will lie and tell us to contact them on instagram, but they do not reply there. The app has zero technical support. you cannot contact anyone. mine has the “4001” error processing photos. its a fun app but the owners are horrible people.
