The BEST app for at-home fitness instruction

Gerren Liles Vision Fitness is the best app for at-home workouts, hands down. His strength program has been nothing short of amazing (I’m on round two!), the Six Week Shred program has been so challenging, but rewarding at the same time. I’ve realized how mentally tough I truly am. His live classes are fun, engaging, and tough. I highly recommend the $40 subscription - you won’t be disappointed!Gerren is a true professional who not only loves what he does, but loves his Team💯. If I ever have a question about how to modify a movement I know I can find him on social media, ask him, and get a response. We’ve become one big family thanks to Gerren and his platform.

I’ve been taking Gerren’s classes since 2020. He is so much fun and his classes are very effective. I’ve increased my strength and have more stamina from his cardio classes. He does fun things like games and challenges to keep everyone excited about their fitness journey. He offers a variety of class types and his schedule can accommodate everyone. The on-demand library is full of helpful content in the event I can’t make it to a live class. If you are looking for fun and effective, this is the app for you.On top of his classes, Gerren has built a community of thousands of people that share their experiences and motivate each other.

I was a huge proponent of the MIRROR/lululemon Studio at home workout platform, completing 8,500 workouts between 2019 and 2024. It was on MIRROR that I first encountered Gerren Liles, and I completed more workouts with Gerren than any other trainer on the platform. With the MIRROR being sold and live classes ceasing in January 2024, Gerren launched his own platform, which just celebrated its one year anniversary, Gerren Liles - Vision Fitness. Gerren’s platform earns my highest recommendation, and I encourage you to check it out for his innovative live classes (including Bingo, partner training, and scavenger hunt!), vast library of on demand classes, and inspiring community: TEAM 100!!.
