Very frustrating

This app is clearly not focused on basic performance, or really anything at all. Since first downloading the app, I have experienced endless issues and set backs. First, with just logging into my account, and now I can no longer see anything this app is supposed to display. My husband and I have a show to attend to in less than 3 weeks with our tickets stored on this app. It doesn’t show a single thing. I am worried this app won’t be fixed by its creators, and leading us to not have access to our tickets. As a user who did not choose this app to use, but more so forced for the ability to purchase tickets, I am gutted this has been the most difficult app experience yet. Why isn’t this as simple as any other? To whoever manages the performance of this app, please fix this… It’s impossible to use!

So far having a terrible experience with this app. Have deleted it and downloaded it multiple times to attempt to correct but same issues. Very buggy. Cannot log in to my account, every time I click on accounts tab I am re routed to tickets tab. Very frustrating experience. Do better.

This app lacks basic functionality and i cant even log in to see my tickets of course you can onlyUse the app to pull up the tickets through get in so no idea how im going to a concert i paid for months ago. I also reached out to their service chat and never got a response

The app is super buggy if it loads at all. When it does load it’s difficult to read text, have to upload your contacts to transfer. Even the mobile app couldn’t load tickets. Promoters, do not use this app it’s not ready.
