This gift card8 play tricks with your mind, I submitted a newly bought card and they told me it was used, same way I submitted another card worth 1k they will only pay you for 700 and say the rest is used, when they see you are new they do good job but once you used the app for like 4 times they started ripping you off your money always saying your card is used they make me lost almost 600 of card I exchange this people are bad stay away from them if you see any good reviews it’s a paid one now they just rip me off yesterday again I hope their app get take down because they are bunch of scammers operating the app to take peoples money I only give it a 5 start so people can see and don’t fall a victim like I do

Difficult to get help

After all afternoon using the app’s chat feature, I was able to get some help. Their website address is undeliverable and not an actual email address though. I couldn’t get their number to work in What’s App but I initiated a withdrawal and the app prompted me to bind with Giftcard8 in What’s app so I can get help if the transfer doesn’t go through. I use Fidelity Investments and one of the few banks the app supports is Fidelity Bank so I’m hoping the banks are connected somehow and the naira will transfer and I can exchange it since Fidelity Investments is a brokerage. Overall they did ok dealing with my stubborn demands. It’s my fault for speeding through the registration and then realizing my bank wasn’t supported on the app. So if this doesn’t work I might have open a Nigerian bank account somehow.
