I updated the app and it doesn't accept my biometrics anymore and locked my account and I was told to call the customer service line for support Instead of asking me the security questions I was asked to set when opening my account.... I can't unlock or get my money out of it since the customer service said my date of birth isn't correct

I absolutely love Smart Cash! It’s been an amazing experience so far, and I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. This app works perfectly for me, and I haven’t encountered any major issues. It offers fantastic bonuses and cashback, which is why I switched from Opay and PalmPay to Smart Cash.The user interface is intuitive, and the rewards are definitely worth it. One thing I did notice, though, is that the "Food and Groceries" section appears blank right now. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.Overall, I highly recommend Smart Cash to anyone looking for a reliable app with great rewards. Keep up the great work!

It keeps crashing each time a selection is made with one useless message “Sorry your session has expired. RE-AUTHENTICATE” if not that rating is must, it does not even deserve a star am putting here. So weird reviews are only read once in six months. I check the trends even message of January 3rd was only touched on June 8 and ever since then (exactly three weeks today) no other checks on reviews. Also a review on May 18th and on June 8th admin respond that the issue has been solved but today June 29th same issue still persist as am experiencing it right now 7consecutive times I have been log out with same inscription of timeout

Nah the cashback Dey gimme joy…anytime I’m low on internet subscription I use my cashback to refuel again and the fact that you don’t need sub to access the app is the sweetest😘😍just put on your data even without sub you’re good to go!!!!Honestly if you are an Airtel user and you are not using Smartcash,my dear you are missing a lot😋😛
