GivePulse is the community engagement platform analyzing collective impact for cities, universities, schools, businesses, groups and individuals. We bring people together to volunteer and address issues and gaps in the community. At the same time, we power the backend and logistical requirements for community movements and initiatives.
GivePulse can be used by any volunteer, student, organizer, manager or coordinator to search, register, and track their activity in the community. It is currently only in select cities. Please contact us if you want a formal launch in your city.

This platform is down at least once a day. And there is virtually no support. They basically ignore you, while your admin has no clue what to do. Also if you use an app and a desktop version, that creates two accounts and no one will tell you that. One reason for this is there is no visual manual which would have all that a new user needs to know. They just want you to sit there and browse random articles they have posted online with no visual aids at all. Will be recommending my school administrators to stop using this platform.

re - Duplicate Accounts: You only need one account to log-in on the app and desktop version unless you chose different login types from one to another (e.g., facebook login and gmail login could potentially use different emails than your institutions). In addition, some schools have multiple emails and ids for staff, students, employees, alum and faculty. re - Online Support: Do you have access to our videos playlist or repository of training material (not publicly available)? These should have been shared with your administrators. If there are specific articles you want us to make better, let us know. We believe we can always improve.

First iteration would crash now and then but I noticed since the updates it’s been much easier to use and navigate. Great for looking up events I’ve registered for on the go as well as getting push notifications for messages that volunteer coordinators send me.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
