Glip is your all-in-one companion for GLP-1 weight-loss. Designed for people using weekly injections such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound® and more, Glip makes it effortless to log your shots, see exactly how your medication level rises, peaks and tapers across the week, and get reminded when your next injection is due.
Glip smooths noisy daily weight readings into a clear trend and shows you if you're moving in the right direction. It also syncs your step count and activity from Apple Health so you see the bigger picture of your routine.
Our adaptive trend model calculates your pace and predicts when you'll reach your goal weight, complete with confidence bands based on your data. The Today dashboard shows your current weight, change since you started, medication state (absorbing, peak, steady, tapering, low), next-dose countdown and daily steps—all in one glance.
With Health integration, Glip automatically imports weight and steps and writes your logged data back to Health. Add Home Screen widgets and lock screen widgets for quick glances, and use Siri Shortcuts to log a dose or weight hands-free. The Apple Watch app lets you log weights and doses on your wrist and view your medication ring.
