Worst
I paid over $800 for a weekend stay at one of their locations. I get a email from Expedia that my booking and stay was cancelled. I never cancelled. And now customer service doesn’t want to deal with my situation and what they did and ignoring my calls. I’m getting my refund but the point is they like to cancel your stay without your permission and don’t care that you don’t have a place to stay. Don’t book for a stay here
Christmas Vacation
We will going on Christmas Vacation to Global Luxury Suites at Newport in Jersey City, New Jersey from December 24th to December 31st, 2018 to stay for 7 nights. We will be flying at 10:53 AM to 1:46 PM on United Airlines Flight 1959 from Miami International Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport on December 24th, 2018 & flying at 12:19 PM to 3:23 PM on United Airlines Flight 1415 from Newark Liberty International Airport to Miami International Airport on December 31st, 2018.
Useless
I don’t get it. I booked an apartment and the company sends an email with move-in information telling you to download this app and register name and account number. The app, however, doesn’t ask your account number, but your reservation number, which is nowhere to be found in emails or in the move in information. Website confirmation doesn’t work either.
