Globbing 4+

Ordered a package from the US. The box was opened and then re-packaged in plastic wrap. Out of 6 items in the box, only 1 was delivered. The place I ordered from confirmed that all items were shipped. Globbing has spent 1 month investigating and continues to say that the items never arrived. Their reasoning was that the package was too light even though the majority of what we ordered were small items. They told us that they would check camera footage of the box opening, but then never followed up on the status of footage or what happened.

Avoid Globbing at all costs. The missing items, shady repackaging, and way they deal with investigations makes them totally unreliable.

I have used globbing often but sadly not anymore (it seems management has changed). My package got lost in the warehouse and when we went to the office to see what they had to say about it, no help at all. Globbing, if you want more people to use your service focus on quality and customer service not just getting rich!

It is waste of time and energy if you use this service. Customer support are rude, irresponsible and lazy. They don’t even do their job. They answer like robot, and they don’t even listen. They always late, your order will come in bad condition or stuck in customs. They don’t even want to help and do their own job. Worst part is they do not know how to apologize. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY… DONT USE GLOBBING!!!!
