As bad as Mindbody!!!
Note* if you read this and still use this service, you deserve what you get!! *. I moved away from “Mindbody thinking this service was way better “according to their sales rep”, but after the sales was done so was the good service!! I still used the service after the fact because I migrated all my client info over by then, so let’s start the list of B.S…
1. EVERY CHARGE THEY CLAIMED WAS LESS TURDED OUT TO BE MORE!!!!
They cost way more than Mindbody do, it’s just hidden in a lot of smaller fees you’ll find later…
2. Help: no one knows anything, IF you get into contact with someone then they need to transfer you to someone else that might know how to help you then on and on.. grab a snack and just pray they find someone, you’ll be there for a while or they’ll “maybe “ call you back!!!
Contact: there’s never ANYONE available!! I don’t need to go in on that….
Fees: they have more hidden fees and taxes than a ninja have weapons!!!
The lies: They’ll say this system is easy and user friendly, some is true until you need to change something in your own system then ooohhh boy!!!! I can add more but I’m sick of typing, I’ll just say this.. the ONLY people I recommend to use this service is people I HATE and want to see them suffer😈….

Easy to use, hope they can fix a couple things
I have been using the app for about 3 weeks now. I like how easy it is to sign up for classes and cancel if I need to. It’s all fairly straight forward and intuitive to use but there are a couple things I hope will change/improve.
1. Being able to see how many spots are left in the class I’m about to sign up for. I don’t want to sign up one of my kids for the kid care class at my gym if there isn’t an open spot for my second child.
2. Easier/more visible way to see how many credits I and my children’s accounts have. Switching between my main account and the family accounts is very tedious and I wish there were less steps involved.

Doesn't work for me
In order to purchase a membership and to register for classes at my local fitness facility I had to download GloFox. That was the first problem. The App Store didn't recognize the name; had to go to GloFox website to download from there. Doesn't seem to matter, though. When I go into the facility site I first have to try to find the page I want. Everything is written in dark letters on a dark background -- ugh! Okay, so I finally find the part I want (membership) and I try to buy. After getting thrown off the site 3 times and having to reload, it finally accepts my purchase selection. Then I try logging in (yes, I do have an account and I know my password) -- hit the login button(s) and nothing! Don't see how GloFox is a benefit to the site I'm trying to use and can't imagine it being a good resource for any site.
