The only complaint I have is after a while I need to put in my username and password again. I’m using the faceID to avoid having to do that.

Tried reinstalling the app but same issue. Stuck at “Please wait…” forever. Can’t log in to my app. This has been an issue for years now but completely useless as of recent.

Every time I go to log in I select the remember me- enable Face ID. Neither of those settings have ever held. I have to enter my username and password every time. The Face ID has never worked. The app continuously has me resetting my password.
