Great Service, Not So Great App
I’ve been a consistent user for over a year and a half now. I absolutely love the convenience of the home collection. It definitely encourages my household to recycle because they make it so easy.
However, the app and user interface is not great. Signing up for the premium subscription required me to email the customer service team and make a credit card payment via a port Designer browser page for the mobile device. With just a little bit more attention to the app, this would be an absolute five star service. I highly recommend anybody who cares about the future to use the service!
Recycling and free water!
It’s so easy to work with Recapp. Great website, they provide the bags and it’s easy to schedule pickups at your door. Plus you get points for recycling that can give you credits for free Al Ain water and other merch.
