I’ve worked with with other courier apps before and while this is certainly not the worst one it’s certainly missing a lot of essentials.1. The ability to turn off that annoying beeping sound and to mute sound, I’m trying to scan my package as while listening to my music and every time it beeps it stops my music completely that’s just tedious and annoying.2. I should be able to access the map I want it appears when I’m done scanning will you give me a map reading which is very uncommon.3. so far I have not gotten the ability to transfer my itinerary into a PDF format which is essential for me as a 1099 employee.Will definitely rate it higher if these and other basic bugs will change!
They will not deliver your package they will steal it

This is the worst delivery company ever they have bad customer service and they have bad delivery drivers. They will never deliver your package. They will always telling you the same thing when you call them. Your package will be delivered in three days and I have been waiting for 10 days and I had to call them crush them out and tell them to return the packages to the seller please if you buy something leave a note to the seller do not delivery your package with this company and don’t ever send your package to this company because they are a thief and they will never deliver your package

It’s a good app, like a Gofo driver I’d like to suggest you fix the points in the map immediately when we the drivers make feedbacks when the point is wrong.We fix it manually for more precision and better work for us, but you not fix it.

My ex Boss (I believe he was anyways) took hold of my phone and downloaded this app and set it up I have no clue what he did but I notic d soon that I was using his account to deliver the packages and when I called him on it all of a sudden these strange things happen Now that guy claims overt 500 packages are missing and tvh I’m pretty sure I was never given even close to that amount to begin with nor do I steal and I since deactivated the app because it was using my camera and mic without permissions STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP
