goForge is a shared workout log for a group of friends.
One person starts a group and shares a six-character code. Everyone logs a workout a day. Points build up individually and per team, and a shared streak runs for as long as enough of you turn up — so skipping is something your friends notice. That turns out to be the only accountability that reliably works.

Start your own and use it alone from day one. Log workouts, build a streak, set a goal. Teams and rivalries unlock as friends join with your code.
HOW THE SCORING WORKS
Five points for every day you log. Ten more for seven days in a row. The team streak pays every member who logged on a qualifying day and climbs to a cap, so no single person can run away with it. Your group's admin sets the targets.
NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
No email, no password, no social sign-in. Pick your name, set a four-digit PIN, and you are in.
No ads. No subscription. Your workout history is yours, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
