Better than Joy Yee’s (Chicago)?

My wife and I are huge bubble tea fans. For the longest time, our go-to spot has been Joy Yee’s in Chicago. But ever since we discovered Gong Cha, it’s become our new favorite! Don’t get me wrong—we still have a lot of love for Joy Yee’s—but Gong Cha has been so good. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are consistently amazing. We highly recommend Gong Cha to anyone looking for some delicious bubble tea!

I love the app but the location here in NYC doesn’t appear on the app, I can’t put the address because it’d only pinpoint the address but the place would still not appear, I only see Illinois address, Michigan, etc. This needs to be fixed.

I’m really frustrated. I downloaded the Gong Cha app, then the Gong Cha USA app, but neither of them can detect my location. They only show addresses in other states, thousands of miles away from me. How am I supposed to order?? It’s ridiculous. I’ve downloaded dozens of food and drink apps from all kinds of American chains like McDonald’s, Raising Cane’s, MOD Pizza, Happy Lemon… even apps from big and small grocery stores. But not a single app has ever been as unreasonable as this one.

I’m really frustrated. I downloaded the Gong Cha app, then the Gong Cha USA app, but neither of them can detect my location. They only show addresses in other states, thousands of miles away from me. How am I supposed to order?? It’s ridiculous. The USA is a pretty big place. How about a disclaimer to let people know that this particular gong cha app only works for 5 stinking stores in the stinkingest parts of the country? There are already like 10 different Gong Cha apps because this ingenius franchise can’t unify and settle on one.
