It’s a daily planner for your health
Phenomenal app here. The “Today” page breaks down your program into bite-sized steps that are easy to follow. Then the “Journey” section let’s you dig into all the mini programs you’ll be doing along the way. Excellently designed, very intuitive, and overall very handy to use as you go through the program. (I’m using Goodpath for upper back pain, and it’s been a game changer.)
Great program
This app is engaging and has helped me stay on track with my Goodpath program. I have learned a lot about my chronic pain and my favorite new habit is meditating before bed. I also really like the supplements delivered to my door every month. I feel much more in control of my pain than I did before.
Can’t believe so much can be so simple!
