Convenient
Video visits is convenient for most ailments. Scheduling appointments is also extremely convenient. Nurse’s followups are easy and very helpful. If bugs are fixed for signups, I think this is much nicer than the old systems. It definitely facilitates communication between the patients and healthcare professionals.

Great app with great team
Super easy to get set up and was talking to a real care provider (vs a bot) right away. Team is very responsive through chat and virtual visits instead of having to wait weeks for appt. Really makes me feel like I have a care team right at my fingertips! Would recommend to friends and family.
