Super helpful insurance app!
I’ve been using the new versions of this health insurance app and love it! it has made managing my healthcare so much easier! The look is clean, intuitive, and simple to navigate. I can quickly access my claims, doctors, and my family’s cards.
Wrong Providers
Shouldn’t the main purpose of this app be to get their customers to the correct in network providers, when needed? Had an emergency situation with my son at college, and the app could not find a nearby urgent care center, got the orthopedic physicians incorrect, actually sending us to an OB/GYN, and also sent us physicians in two different states but not the state we’re actually in! Oh, and there are In-Network physicians 8 miles away from my son! How can anyone at this company think this is OK? Also, their member services person said they’ve heard this quite a bit. I also see some of these same types of comments in the reviews. Fix the app, you are a multi billion dollar company, actually care for your customers, please!
Trouble booking appointments
Incredibly frustrating. Have to log in every time I open the app even if I was just using it a minute ago. Also, when booking an appointment with mental health specialist, after I’ve entered my payment method and am about to confirm the appointment, I'm told the appointment time is no longer available. The pop-up message won't go away either so I can't go back and choose another time. I have to close app, reopen, log in again, and go through the booking process all over again only to be told the new appointment time isn't available either (but the ones I previously chose are still showing up as available). Don't recommend this.
