Description

Connect to all your care at Tufts Medicine, including Lowell General Hospital, MelroseWakefield Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, home care services and 2000+ physicians. The easy to use myTuftsMed app allows you to message your doctors, make appointments, view test results, manage prescriptions, have a video visit and more, all from your phone or tablet. You can find a doctor, access community resources such as food banks, pay a bill, get health information and more any time of the day or night. Everything you need to manage you and your family’s healthcare organized in one easy to use app.

myTuftsMed includes a framework that allows our app to share data with Apple's Health App and CareKit, which then sends data to the EHR. The patient must have an order from their physician and complete set up on their mobile device including acceptance of terms to upload the external app data to myTuftsMed.

Incorrect and missing info

My current primary care doctor is not listed as my doctor in the app and there’s no way for me to update this information to the doctor that I’ve been seeing for the last year or so. This means that I can’t message my doctor with an important question. I am also unable to request a prescription refill. My doctor’s office seemed equally frustrated with how poorly this app is functioning compared to their previous portal.

Could not verify my details.

I’m trying to register as a new patient, and it’s saying that they can’t verify my details. I have been with this hospital system for probably 15+ years. I called the patient experience phone number, spoke to a woman who said she was going to send me an email and that I should click the link and go from there. I have not yet received the email. Can access anything, can’t request a refill, can’t request an Appt , and I can’t get through to my Drs office because they’re working with a new system and you’re on hold for almost an hour. Highly upset.

Still have to type ID & password

Every time we log in, we still have to type ID & password. Are we living in 2010?
Or developers are just lazy?
