Good, but Wanting More

It has some nice things to it, but not everything I want in my health app. I can find my doctor, but I can’t really get any info on my coverage or how much my tests will costs. I still need to go online to get a bunch of info.

Good for Everyday Use

Overall, the app is pretty good. They’ve definitely updated it so that it works properly. It has most of the info that I need and being able to get my ID card on here helps at the doctors office. I can find doctors near me - which helps - and look up past visits and meds. I kinda wish there was more, clearer info about my benefits. There’s some, but it’s not as good and hard to read.

No longer working

This app was pretty great until it randomly stopped working. Upon trying to log in, I am met with an error message telling me “your device appears to be offline”, despite it most assuredly being connected to WiFi. I receive the same error message when attempting to use cellular data as well. I am positive it is not an issue of connectivity as every other app on my phone works fine and I have had this same issue in different locations - thus using different WiFi networks.
