Doesn’t let me log in. Error message.
Used to work okay with only general info. Now it won’t let me log in at all. Says I don’t have an internet connection (I do). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Frustrating to have to access only on my computer

Not executed well
I am a new member. I was able to setup my account on the website but when I tried to log into the mobile account, it says that I need to go to the website and change my password because my security is important to them. I have done this 3 times and it still gives me the same message every time. On the website when I try to send a secure message to customer service, it just takes me to an error screen. So how do you even contact them to fix the problem? This does not give me much confidence in this company if they can’t even figure out a mobile app and customer service email. May be switching insurers at the next open enrollment if this doesn’t get better. Very disappointed!
Good concept poorly executed
I’d love to like the app more but not sure who your DevOps are but man they need a cash course in building a functional mobile application. Try to add my primary care - nope she doesn’t exist there, but wait I found her under your provider search. The office I go to is listed for care. Search for the same provider on the web? Nope doesn’t even exist there. Running 2 databases that don’t sync correctly? Yikes. Click my providers name, Error 500. Couldn’t make the connection required to retrieve this data. Come on guys this isn’t rocket science. Fix your application for once.
