Draft teams, not players. Draft teams, not players. Start a private league with friends and compete across football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and soccer. Gorilla Draft is fantasy sports for people who want to draft all year round. Think fantasy football, but instead of drafting individual players, you draft entire sports teams. You draft whole clubs and franchises. Every time a team you drafted wins, you earn points. The more your teams win, the higher you climb in your league standings. HOW A LEAGUE WORKS Create a league and invite people by email or by sharing a link. Choose your sports. There are ten team competitions to draft from, covering football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and soccer, and each one offers its current or next season. Draft live, together, in a snake draft format. SCORING THAT COMPARES SPORTS FAIRLY A win pays a fixed number of points in each sport, with point values set so that the best team in each sport is worth about 1,000 points for its regular season. A football team plays 17 games while a baseball team plays 162, so a football win is worth considerably more than a baseball win. This allows strong seasons across different sports to contribute fairly to your fantasy score. The playoffs are worth a separate 500 points, using one scale across every sport, adjusted to fit each sport's postseason. Recommended point values are recalculated every day based on how much of each season is left. That means you can start a Gorilla Draft league even after a sport’s season has begun. THROUGH THE SEASON Follow live scores for the games your league's teams are playing, updated while you watch. Track standings by manager, plus a separate projections view where every forecast is clearly labeled as a projection. Make trades with a review period and a veto vote for managers who are not involved in the deal. Use the league feed to keep a record of what happened and give everyone a place to talk about it. FREE TO PLAY — NO WAGERING Gorilla Draft is free to play. There are no entry fees, wagers, prizes, or in-app purchases. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
