I signed up for a 14 day free trial and was immediately charged for an entire year. Blatant scam, do not sign up for a subscription.

Free trials and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We have no control over when you are charged. You are able to request a refund from Apple if you like.

You’re not paying just to see a timetable.GO Transit already publishes schedules for free on their site.GoTrack is an independent app that layers real-time trip status, alerts, platform info, delays and cancellations, and commuter tools on top of GO’s public data, and runs its own infrastructure to keep that information available and reliable.We’re not funded by GO Transit or Metrolinx. The subscription simply covers the cost of operating and improving the app.

GoTrack offers one free trial per Apple ID. Apple, not GoTrack, controls eligibility and billing for all subscriptions and free trials. If you were charged, it means Apple determined that your account was not eligible for another free trial (for example, a trial was already used in the past). The app cannot override Apple’s billing system.
