Horrible
I just bought a gotrax gx2 and I am trying to figure out the Bluetooth feature so I go to the app thinking that would help and it didn’t one bit, it was trying to connect me to any other device besides an electric scooter for example a smart heater a smart fan switch a smart fan which they don’t even sell btw and the whole app doesn’t make sense ITS FAKE DONT DOWNLOAD
Bluetooth/App error
I've been trying to get ny scooter connected for the past 15 minutes so then I download the app thinking I would connect that way instead but It wouldnt connect.
Bluetooth Fail
I an a customer of Gotrax, and I have a Hotrax G4. However, when I tried connecting it with the app via bluetooth, it failed to work many times. Fix this ASAP!
