Needs an update for IPad
I downloaded the application for the IPad but the screen is the size of a small iPhone screen
I cannot login
I’m the parent and cannot login. Keeps thinking I’m the child I cannot go back to edit the age! There is no customer support to fix this!

Hi, the GotSport Live app is powered by the GotSport system, so to correct the issue of the parent-child relationship, we would need to make those adjustments in the GotSport system. Our customer support for GotSport Live is the same channel as GotSport. Please go to the following webpage, click on the support button in the bottom left, and submit a support ticket. App on kids phone?
Why do I have to input my kids email and have them download the app? Not liking that.

Hi, you do not need to input your child's email or have them download the app. As a parent with a GotSport profile, you can use the same profile credentials to activate your profile and support your team. Once your child reaches the appropriate age, you can add a UserID/Email in their GotSport profile account and then your child will be able to use their email to log into their own profile to follow and support their team.
