Your location is not just a latitude and longitude. It is a quantum state.
GPS2Quantum transforms your real-time GPS coordinates into quantum spherical coordinates (polar angle, azimuthal angle, and radial magnitude) and visualizes your position as a state vector on a Bloch sphere. The same mathematical framework used in quantum information science, applied to where you are standing right now.
TWO MODES...
REAL WORLD: Capture your current GPS position and watch your quantum state vector update in real time. Track your movement across the Bloch sphere. Log every reading. Export your session as a CSV.
SUPERPOSITION: Choose any location on Earth as your quantum origin. K2. The Mariana Trench. The Eiffel Tower. Your movement deltas are then applied to that origin, placing your quantum state simultaneously at your physical location and your chosen point on Earth. Your state vector moves. Your quantum position is real.
THE BLOCH SPHERE 3D...
Watch your quantum state vector update live. Orange trail dots trace your recent history. The STATE indicator shows whether you are in GROUND or EXCITED determined by whether your polar angle θ crosses π/2. Cross the equatorial plane and your state flips. This is not a simulation.
AI SESSION ANALYSIS
After collecting readings, tap the AI button for a technical analysis of your session: quantum state evolution, sensor performance, movement analysis, notable observations. In Superposition mode, a fifth section narrates your quantum journey through the origin location: the streets or sea or air you passed through, the altitude above or below the surface, the neighborhoods your quantum state traversed.
SESSION LOG & EXPORT
Every reading is logged with full quantum coordinates, GPS position, deltas, and uncertainty radius. Export as CSV for further analysis in any spreadsheet application.
ADVANCED SETTINGS
Model real-world sensor degradation with easy-to-set Drift parameters. Choose your sensor class (Consumer through Strategic Grade) and operational condition (Static, Automotive, Aerial, Subsea). The uncertainty radius visualizes as a halo ring on both the Bloch sphere and the GPS map. Set a custom altitude to anchor your quantum origin underground, subsea, or in near-space.

Physicists, geodesists, engineers, and anyone curious about where quantum mechanics and physical location intersect. GPS2Quantum does not simplify the physics. It applies it.

A complete rebuild of the GPS2Quantum experience.
Fully integrated, animated Bloch Sphere 3D visualization with adaptive scaling (not just an image to export). Your movement traverses the sphere whether you walk ten meters or drive ten kilometers. Flashing orange trail dots trace your quantum history. A new uncertainty radius halo visualizes positional error when drift simulation is active.
In Superposition Mode, quantum state correctly tracks your origin location across all updates. State indicator reflects your true quantum position at all times.
AI Session Analysis built-in. Superposition sessions include a narrative paragraph describing your quantum journey through the origin location. It's geographically accurate, based on your actual movement data.
Advanced Settings include a fully interactive Drift Matrix. Tap any cell to set sensor class and operational condition simultaneously. Drift Time input with live blue indicator. Settings accessible directly from the Bloch sphere info strip.
Session Log includes all coordinates, deltas and an uncertainty column U(m), as well as a CSV export option. The session log section has an AI button to feed the raw data and metadata to an Anthropic AI model using a GPS2Quantum-customized API prompt (currently pointed to Claude Sonnet 4). That produces a Session Analysis results section inline on the same screen on the app and can be instantly shared to any app.
