Gradient creates a frictionless and passwordless authentication experience that eliminates phishing and other credential-based cyberattacks. With Gradient, you authenticate seamlessly into all of your applications via your SSO – with no more passwords, passkeys, SMS texts, or authenticator apps. The Gradient app helps with initial setup, a one-time association between your account and your iPhone. Once associated, Gradient operates in the background to simplify your logins while securing your online identity and digital credentials against cyberattacks. Installation Instructions 1. Install the Gradient app 2. Download the configuration profile via the URL provided to you by your IT organization 3. Install the configuration profile (under Settings > Profile Downloaded) Device Association After following all of the installation steps, you will need to associate your device with your user account using the One-Time Password (OTP) code provided to you by your IT department. Click on “Submit OTP” to enter your OTP. Once associated, Gradient authenticates you into all of your applications via your SSO passwordlessly.
