Grassroo
Manage Football Teams & Clubs
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Run your grassroots club from your phone.
Availability, Payments, Players, Parents, Results, Goals/Assists, Lineups, Veo link, Video clips, Referees and more.
Grassroo is for volunteer managers who need to know who's available, collect the fees, and get through the week without a spreadsheet or a 48-message group chat.
**Know who's in before kick-off**
Ask the squad in one tap. See yes, no, maybe and still waiting — not a thread you have to count.
**Collect match fees in minutes**
Registration, kit and match fees in one place. See who's paid and what's still outstanding.
**Players and parents pay in a tap**
Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards. They don't even need to sign in.
**Remind only who owes**
Chase non-responders and unpaid fees. Nobody who already replied or already paid gets another nudge.
**Matchday posts in seconds**
Share a branded graphic from your phone. Results, fixtures and player shout-outs without opening a design app.
**Parents and players in one place**
Invite the squad, link families, and keep every child on the right team.
**One club. Every team.**
Oversee events, players and payments across the club — while each manager stays on their own side.
Built for the weekly cycle: create the session, ask who's in, collect the fee, remind the rest. Then do it again next week.
