I would recommend this app because it's not one of those meditation apps where you have to pay for a subscription or anything like that. It's really relaxing and it just takes your mind off of the real world, despite what's currently happening right now.
Nothing but good things to say about this app
I've tried a few other meditation apps in the past and this one is by far the best in my opinion. I love that it has a reminder option to help me get in the routine of meditating everyday. There's also a good variety of short and long meditations.
Great for a free app
Some really good content and varied for many different types of meditation. I'm a complete beginner and this have definitely helped in the last couple of weeks and will continue to use it, and hopefully keep getting more content as we go along.
