Still Needs Work
I am able to order cookie cakes without issue. I don’t like that of I want to add M&Ms to my cake I have to go into the selected cake to add them. The option should be in the main screen like on the website. Also the app doesn’t allow me to redeem rewards while checking out. I tap to redeem via ordering abs the reward doesn’t apply. Very frustrating.
Downloaded and Deleted in under 10 minutes
I downloaded this app to place an order but was unsuccessful because it doesn’t give options to select type of regular cookies. I wanted sugar and chocolate chip, but couldn’t request it. So I wrote my requested cookie types in the box and when I hit add to my cart. I got an error message that stated “Oops! 12 cookies is currently unavailable”. However I wasn’t ordering 12 cookies. SMH. Don’t waste time with this app. It needs lots of work. It can’t handle basic stuff like allowing an order to be placed. 2 stars are because I love their cookies but the app is no good.
Irritating
I love the app; however, when my points work up to gain that reward it’s irritating that the reward goes away after a certain amount of days…
