So I'm not quite sure how CSC can send me push notifications to let me know to have Bluetooth turned on, but they cannot just send special offers that way. Definitely a head scratcher.
Since most locations do not offer Wifi, the day I wanted to redeem my birthday offer, the app wouldn't load, and they wouldn't honor it. I finally had to walk outside, go next door to Noodles and Company, use their Wifi, and walk back to CSC just to use said reward. There needs to be a better way. Until then, three stars.
Disappointed in online ordering
I am a long time CSC devotee (from its earliest days in Auburn)! Unfortunately, the app is not very user friendly for online ordering specifically. Everything else seems to be decently laid out, but the online ordering was so hard and confusing that I gave up on using the service.
App’s terrible; use website. Food is great!
That sums it up; love the food, but a better app would have me buying from CSC more often!
I waste 10 minutes a week because this app doesn’t show your food order history - and therefore I cannot reorder our Favorites - which exist in my Profile via the website. It’s a pain as I cannot order on the go; I have to remember to log into my computer to place my order before I leave my office or house. I guess I’m a spoiled 50+ person, even Subway’s app is easier to use (and that’s not saying much.)
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
