Needs more work
Please make an effort to make the virtual dollar card active…there is no point having the option of creating a virtual card and not allowing customers to explore it. I hope it get resolved
Please fix the bugs and problems on the bank thank mostly on the GBP account
I can’t trust these app anymore keep losing money for having enough patience for a transaction to reflect but you wouldn’t will complain and the next option is to reverse and I’m not sure the funds will be refunded to the originator as you will state but held instead that’s full act of scamming if you can’t do your bank right or service your customer right there wouldn’t be any issues…

I Fell victim without reading the reviews first
Scam App! Don’t let them convince you on the contrary with their paid few good reviews! I made a transaction on the app and honestly many days afterwards the transaction still says pending and they’ll ask you unnecessary questions and even when I answered and provided supporting documentation the status of the transaction remained the same. For days rolling into many more days Customer support will and would never respond to your messages.
