From the first room to a site survey report: keep components, measurements, photos and open questions together. Work locally, create PDFs and export your data. GroCraftNotes helps tradespeople record existing site conditions. Organize work by customer, job and room, and capture measurements, components and agreements on site. Record window units, doors, sockets and other components with relevant attributes, custom measurements and notes. Room dimensions are optional. Where dimensions are available, see areas and deductions from assigned components. Five templates cover floors & tiles, painting, window fitting, electrical work, and plumbing & heating. Questions and line items show what has been agreed and what remains open. Each job keeps its own template snapshot. Assign photos to rooms or components and add images and PDFs as original attachments. Create a site survey report with your business details, logo and PDF color. PDF attachments are listed; image attachments can appear in the report. Work locally without an account or cloud service. Export your data, including media, as a ZIP. With Pro, edit templates and exchange them as JSON. Metric and imperial units, light and dark themes, and 13 app languages are available. Shared storage lets you reconcile data through a folder you choose. If a file provider synchronizes that folder, the provider handles the transfer. It must support the required folder access on each device. A cloud service is not included. Free includes three jobs, the original built-in templates and watermarked PDFs. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited jobs, custom templates and watermark-free PDFs. Existing data remains editable after a downgrade.
