Horrible
Website doesn’t work as it’s supposed to, couldn’t even get to the ordering menu. It gets held up at location selection. As for the app, it took me about ten minutes to register/ sign up just to realize that I didn’t give me an option add mayo to the cheese steak. They want an awful lot of information from you in the app sign up as well. Also the fact they want you to place delivery orders through DoorDash is mind blowing. Most people down want to pay a 3 dollar fee just to get delivery, that’s not counting the tip. When I called to place the order, the person taking my order was not thrilled to say the least. Awful experience all together.
Terrible
App just redirects you to their website which is still not easy to order off of and you can’t just call the store to order either. Makes it a lot easier to just get Domino’s or Papa John’s instead
