Description
Welcome to your Hotel Guest App.
The Guest App allows you to open your hotel room door and access your room with a click of a button, view all of your reservation details, chat with the hotel and gain easy access to all relevant hotel services.
You can also discover additional activities in the hotel area, book transportation, and invite additional guests to the app.
Additionally, the Guest App will auto-translate all hotel communication to your native language.

Unusable
The app has a glitch every time it opens where it asks you to go back to a previous page and doesn’t link correctly, so you are stuck on the page you are supposed to be going back from. There is no way for the user to fix this error and it happens every single time you open the app. No one tested this before publishing.
Great app!
I used this app at a hotel I stayed at and it worked perfectly the whole time. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too.
Would definitely recommend!
Unusable terrible app
I never write app reviews but this one is terrible! We were told to use the app to access our room. Thank goodness the front desk was staffed and gave us key cards. This is beta software at best. Please make the app work if you want guests to be able to use it(!)
