Truly an event planner’s fairy godmother
I plan over 60 corporate events a year and use Zkipster for almost all of them. This app is fantastic and helps take any event to the next level. While the check in feature is a must have for almost any format of event, Zkipster also allows you to track things like photos, contact information, dietary requests, QR codes, table seating plans, and more about your guests.
I am in the midst of planning a conference based in Hong Kong and using Zkipster for everything start to finish. Secure, discreet and so easy to use
I used your app for a 500 person fundraiser gala in Sydney and it worked seamlessly from guest list uploading, invitation design and send out to rsvp capturing, seating and guest check-in. We could see our guests were so grateful for the efficient check-in and the professionalism of our check-in staff based on the customized information they had at hand. Friendly, helpful and fast support channels too! I’ve used the app for numerous smaller events and honestly cannot fault it. I highly recommend!
We are very pleased with this application, we had support from the application staff. Very user friendly and for check in during the event was wonderful. The folks had less than a couple minutes of wait time in line waiting to check in. We will be using this more for our events in the upcoming year.
