Guide Ledger helps tour guides organize trip income, expenses and reimbursement reports. FREE BOOKKEEPING Record agencies, trip dates, group sizes and transactions. Manage expense categories and payment methods. No app account is required. Basic bookkeeping, viewing records and JSON backup import/export are free. MEMBERSHIP FEATURES Unlock income statistics, monthly and yearly trends, agency rankings and PDF reimbursement exports. Weekly, annual and lifetime plans unlock the same membership features. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES Weekly membership renews every week and annual membership renews every year. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Prices appear on the purchase screen and App Store confirmation sheet and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Access normally continues until the paid period ends after cancellation. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases restores valid access associated with the same store account. LOCAL RECORDS AND MANUAL BACKUPS Ledger records stay on your device. Export and save a JSON backup before uninstalling or changing devices. Importing a backup replaces current records. App Store and RevenueCat process purchase verification and membership status. Available in English and Simplified Chinese. Ledger amounts are recorded in Chinese yuan (CNY); switching languages does not convert currencies.
