Answer your tour operators' availability requests day by day, keep requests and confirmed jobs in one agenda, and chat with the operators you work with. GuideOperate is for tour guides who work with tour operators that use GuideOperate. Operators invite you by email, and you can also create your account yourself and accept their invitations. AVAILABILITY • Your operators ask whether you are free on given days, with the price for each day. You answer yes or no, day by day. • Saying you are free is not exclusive: you can be free for several operators on the same day. • Mark your own days as free or busy. AGENDA • Requests and confirmed jobs, together in one calendar. CHAT • Chat with your operators' staff in the conversations they start with you. Conversations are private between you and your operators. TOUR DAY • For operators whose booking system is connected to GuideOperate: the time, the meeting point, the number of passengers and their names. • Check in the passengers: mark who showed up. • Open the ticket links your operator sends you. NOTIFICATIONS • Get notified about new requests, changes and messages. PROFILE • Your name, photo, phone, city, bio and languages, visible to the operators you work with. • Work with several operators from the same account. Guide accounts are free. You need an account to use the app.
