Useful App
The first airline in the region got their mobile App released at last. Very useful app, except the go back button is annoying and some overlapping of passport number field over save button while editing passport information.
Your app
My bookings don’t show when I am already signed in...tried by reference number and last name it won’t take me anywhere. don’t know the logic behind it ...the idea of the airline app is to have everything in one place such as your reservation seat assignment and boarding pass. Passengers are mostly concerned about these items plus flight status and gate changes.
None of it works
Gulf Air should test it prior to making it public. Please take a look at other airline apps and you will see the huge failure from your side.
No Falconflyer dashboard
I’ve logged into to this app many times but nothing happens. I was expecting two things: (1) a page that shows my points and elite progress, and (2) an ability to manage my flights based on association with my Falconflyer number. I get neither, and in fact after being told by messsge banner that I’ve successfully logged in, I get taken back to the log in page. Very frustrating
