Needs ability to filter doors by user

The app is too busy and not too intuitive if assigning user profiles at a residential building. It really needs the ability, under Operator accounts, to disable the visibility of door groups that the assigned login doesn’t have access to open. Otherwise they are far too many features and doors to sort through before they get to their enabled, limited access features

Doesn’t work on iOS 16

The app works fine on android phones but doesn’t work on iPhones. Please resolve this issue.

Please kindly clarify the issue for us: did GV-Access crash on your iPhone, or did it fail to connect to GV-ASManager? The connection works with iOS 15 or earlier, and currently the https connection to GV-ASManager is impacted due to the iOS upgrade (iOS 16.0/16.1). We’d suggest you use http connection instead for now, and we’ll soon release a new version of the app to tackle the issue. Straight garbage product backed by garbage support

Well, will NEVER use their low quality products. It is clear that they have no idea how to build an access control system. Have several clients as every single one has issues. Finally ripped it out and replace it and problems gone. Very expensive lesson.

They used to be a good company but stay away and save yourself the hassle. We moved to PDK cloud access and are very happy!
