GVEA serves nearly 100,000 Interior residents including the communities of Fairbanks, Delta Junction, Nenana, Healy and Cantwell. With this app, our members can easily access their account information on their mobile devices, including:
Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history directly on your mobile device.
My Usage -
View energy use graphs to identify usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using a mobile friendly interface.
Outage Map -
Displays service interruption and outage information.
News -
Provides a convenient way to monitor news that may affect your service such as rate changes, outage information and upcoming events.
App crashes. App doesn’t allow users to choose an amount to pay so we can get ahead of electric bill! Times out too fast. Constantly logs users out while in use. Unnecessary demands for users to login violates ADA. Easier to go online & login or just go to GVEA in person-IF you can ever find anyone in their Delta Junction, Alaska office!
The Worst APP/Horrible Company

Since the change over GVEA has done, my bills are 150 dollars more each month. I can’t get into the app to freaking pay! I have to create a new password every time I log in. The app crashes! We need another company!
