My mission is to deliver a workout training log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy.
I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other workout trackers do).

Features:
- Create unlimited workout routines, most trackers paywall this
- Log workouts for your routines or start an empty training
- Offline first - I know some gyms have poor reception
- Rest timer, bot automatic and manual, configurable for working and warmup sets, even per exercise
- Privacy first - no data tracking
- Dashboard - Choose from many widgets in various sizes to compose your dashboard, just like your phone's homescreen. Have all the data visible at a glance!
- Share workouts with your firends or followers
- Custom keyboard to input workout data frictionlessly, allows to copy valu from previous set, set value to all sets, and increment and decrement value
- Check exercise execution history on the go to see what weight you used a few training sessions ago
- Add notes to an exercise or routine, make them pinned or one time
- Progressive overload - after the log, set the proposed weights, reps, etc for the next exercise execution, to make optimal hypertrophy and strength gains at the gym
- Backup - never loos your data
- Copy widgets to a clipboard or save them as images to use on your social media and share your progress!
- Charts & stats - Filter logs by time and check how you perform over time for a specific exercise or workout routine at the gym to know if you are progressing to ensure that hypertrophy and strength. Also check your max lifts and other records.
- General day notes - log whatever relates to your workout performance, fitness or gym stuff.
- Log and monitor your weight
- Placeholder exercise, select exercise category and bodypart or a group of exercises and then select the actual exercise when working out, based on the feelings or what's free at the gym
- Use all the set types, warmup, dropset, myo reps etc
- Workout finish reminder - never again open an app to see that you have not saved the previous training
- Dark mode
- Deload - mark workouts as a deload
- Superb performance

Best workout log ever!

I started using this app recently but it is already the best app I have found for organizing and maintaining your exercise regimen. It is very easy to set up your own sequence of exercises around the equipment available to you, and to do them in order or skip around as the machines or weights are unused. You can easily add sets or reps to your previous shown workout and update your exercise performance as you rest between sets. There is a timer if you are controlling your rest times between sets. Your records are preserved for every session. You can easily set up sessions around splits based on push-pull, upper-lower, legs-arms, chest-core, or any other strategy that suits you. The user interface is clean and uncluttered; the author knows how to program for IOS and I have found no bugs or crashes so far. All you need to do is do your set, tap once or twice, and then rest for the next set or exercise. Couldn’t be simpler. No “in app purchases” to access necessary features; it’s all there for you to use. The author seems to be a gym bro trying to write the perfect workout app for his own use and generously sharing it with the rest of us. For all these reasons, I give it a 5 star rating. It’s just perfect.

I personally never review apps because most of them are just a means to an end. This app however doesn’t make any concessions and for me has zero downsides. As someone conscious about their privacy, the lack of any data tracking is massive. No ads, no account creation, no nonsense. All the while being entirely free. Similar apps often cost an arm and a leg but this app asks nothing of you.

As far as the actual content of the app, it’s exactly what most progression-minded individuals need. Tons of exercises with the ability to create your own, logging your workouts and even showing you what last sessions numbers were during the current workout, workout timer, weekly workout tracker, weight tracker, the list goes on. For anyone making a serious attempt at getting fit, this app has it all. Selfishly, the only thing I would add is macro/calorie tracking if only to avoid other ad-riddled apps and having all my needs in one place.

Thanks again for the wonderful app, I hope you continue to iterate and make it even better!

Awesome app

Just started using this app and I love it. Onboarding was easy and dashboard/widgets looks great and gives valuable info. Could really benefit from connecting with Apple Watch/garmin data if that’s possible.
Couple improvements: add neck exercises, add a “quick add” button at the right of each box in the exercise search list to add directly to workout (instead of having to select exercise then remove the keyboard and then press “select 1 exercise” at the bottom ), too many tabs at the bottom (think of ways to incorporate some of these pages inside each other), adding timer workouts (ex. Emoms, tabata etc).
Anyway I can tell this is a personal project so congrats to you on building this. Good luck, hope it gets the recognition it deserves and doesn’t get paywalled when it does :)

I know I need to improve exercise adding, I don't like it too.
