H Band 12+

I just received my new watch n I luv it! The only thing is I can’t figure out how to turn the volume off on the watch itself. I’ve tried disconnecting the Bluetooth to the watch but the minute I start watching a video on News break the watch accesses the Bluetooth & I start hearing the volume on the watch again. I’ve gone through all the settings on my iPhone but got no positive results. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My first 24 hrs of use and I really like it. Good quality for the price. I did have issues with hooking up the Bluetooth call function on the watch and my iPhone however after several attempts I tried one last time and I went into my iphones Bluetooth settings and made sure the Hband app was "connected" then I turned off the Bluetooth function on my iphone and waited about 3 seconds then turned it back on and that did the trick....now I have Bluetooth calling. They have sooooo many watch faces to choose from and I absolutely love the health functions. This is my 4th attempt at trying these smart sports watches (the others failed me). Hope this one is going to be fantastic!!!

I like this app a lot however the issue I have the app keeps shutting off the Bluetooth connection randomly. I have tried everything including; pairing the watch with the app, reinstall the app and clearing and reconnecting the Bluetooth??
It works fine after this process is done for a week or two, then starts to doing the same thing disconnecting the Bluetooth connection. What’s so odd is my iPhone shows that the Bluetooth connected the same as my smart watch, however the app claims the Bluetooth is not connected. Till I reset(Clear) the Bluetooth connection from my watch and pair it again??
There has to be a glitch with this app, since I experienced the same issue with my other smartwatches I have.
I have tried to update the app, it says it’s up to date??
